New Self-Service Client Portal in Turkey

ING Emeklilik, NN Group’s pension fund and life insurance business in Turkey, has introduced a Self-Service Client Portal. The online tool enables customers to view and manage their finances, including investments, pensions and insurance from anywhere using smartphones, computers and tablets. ING Emeklilik developed the self-service client portal as a result of customers’ feedback and suggestions about how to develop its online services. The new portal supports NN Group’s commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
