NN Group included in MSCI Index

Amsterdam, 7 November 2014

NN Group N.V. will, as per 26 November 2014, be included in the MSCI Global Standard Index as part of the MSCI Netherlands Index. As announced by MSCI on 6 November 2014, this is a result of the quarterly index review of MSCI and follows the successful initial public offering of NN Group in July this year.

The MSCI Global Equity Indexes are widely tracked global equity benchmarks and serve as the basis for  exchanged traded funds throughout the world. At each index review, MSCI refreshes its universe of stocks, updates free float factors, the number of issued shares, liquidity criteria and finalises the market cap size cut-offs for different markets from which it then determines index changes.
